We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If you decide not to keep your piece, you’re welcome to exchange it for another size or item, or receive store credit for future use. All return shipping and delivery fees will be the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
